Target Group:
The centre caters for early school leavers between the ages of 13-18 years old

Services Offered:
We offer Woodcraft, Metal Work, Computers, English, Maths, Catering, Groupwork, Sports, R.S.C. and Copping On and Drama, Arts & Crafts.
We are accredited by: Fetac (N.C.V.A.).

Supports / Services offered to schools:
We take referrals from schools and also work with schools to help young people return to education.

Target Group:
10-25 year olds, including early school leavers, people with learning difficulties and young unemployed people.

Services Offered:
Offers advice, information and assistance on a wide range education and training issues. Acts as a mediator for young people in local schools, and monitors young people at risk of early school leaving. Operates the Campus Clondalkin Project in South West Clondalkin. Runs the SWIFT (South West Initiative For Teenagers) project in conjunction with the Gardai.

Provides after school clubs for under-12 year olds in Clondalkin Village, Deansrath, Bawnogue, Knockmitten and Sruleen, as well as drop-in clubs for over-12 year olds in Deansrath, Bawnogue and Clondalkin Village.

Runs summer projects, retreats in schools and provides an outreach service to schools, youth clubs and community groups.

The Bawnogue office serves the needs of the South West Area of Clondalkin it provides similar services as our main monastery Road base but includes an outreach service to young people in the local community.

Offers advice and information on services available. Provides weekend retreats, school based retreats, prefect training, personal development programmes, after

Target Group:
Young people and their families from the North Clondalkin Area.

Services Offered:
The youth service aims to support the development of a broad based service for all young people, this would include providing suitable programmes that meet there needs in relation to a wide range of issues. Also providing mainstream groups that explore the Arts, Drama, Outward Bounds and Sports.

Supports / Services Offered to Schools:
We work in schools on a wide range of issues while also on an individual basis for young people and their families to offer advice, support, information and mediation in relation to issues such as addiction, homelessness, social welfare and early school leaving.

Target Group:
Young People aged between 12 to 18

Services Offered:

  • Provides support and advice/guidance to teenagers and parents for whatever issue. They as a family want to address.
  • Work with parents and adolescents in joint sessions.
  • Work with parents and adolescents individually.

Supports / Services Available to Schools:
Offers support on an individual basis to families and young people with concerns about behaviour problems, family problems, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, overdose, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, parental separation, and bereavement.

How to Contact Service:
Referrals from parents, school teachers and counsellors, community social workers, family doctors, hospitals, probation and JLO service, residential hostels.

Target Group:
Early school leavers, ex-offenders, lone parents and unemployed people in the 15-20 year old age group.

Services Offered:

  • Operates an outreach service to target early school leavers.
  • Assists young people in finding suitable education/training programmes, and monitors and supports their progress.
  • Provides literacy programmes and motivational programmes.
  • Co-ordinates an anger management programme for young people.
  • Provides information and advice on a wide range of issues such as alcohol/drug use, employment, health issues, mental health, legal issues and welfare entitlements.
  • Provides a drop-in service for early school leavers.
  • Drugs Outreach worker who works with young people under 18 who are currently misusing substances or at risk of misusing substances.

  • Referral and support to further training for early school leavers.
